Aditya Birla Group is hiring Diploma Engineer Trainees for its Hindalco Taloja plant in Maharashtra through an off campus drive. This opportunity is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who are looking to begin their career in a professional manufacturing and industrial environment.

As a Diploma Engineer Trainee, selected candidates will undergo comprehensive technical and safety training while working alongside experienced engineers and supervisors. The role focuses on production support, equipment handling, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

This position provides hands-on exposure, skill development, and a strong foundation for long-term growth within the Aditya Birla ecosystem.

• Follow all plant safety rules and company safety guidelines
• Participate in regular safety drills and safety awareness programs
• Support initiatives that promote a safe and disciplined work environment

• Attend structured training programs related to manufacturing operations
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions
• Learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machinery and equipment
• 🔸 Production Support
• Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery
• Monitor production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
• Identify deviations and report technical issues to supervisors
• Support daily operational activities in the production unit

• Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment
• Ability to work in shifts if required
