• Assist Australian Personal Assistants with expense claims, Amex reconciliations, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Manage requests and tickets via Service Portal (ServiceNow) according to AU best practices.
• Organize deliverables and maintain documentation using Microsoft Teams folders.
• Stay compliant with Deloitte AU Travel & Expense policies.
• Update SOPs, Process Maps, and other documentation as needed.
• Act as backup contact for Senior Directors during absences or holidays.
• Maintain communication and rapport with Directors, Partners, and Staff.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Support ad hoc tasks and contribute effectively within team culture.

• Any Graduate fresher or candidate with less than 1 year of experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
