Deloitte is hiring freshers for the Associate Analyst (Executive Assistant) role in Hyderabad.

As part of the Talent CoE – Leadership Support for Australia, this role is essential for business coordination and communication with senior leaders of Deloitte Australia.
- Assist Australian Personal Assistants with expense claims, Amex reconciliations, meeting bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage requests and tickets via Service Portal (ServiceNow) according to AU best practices.
- Organize deliverables and maintain documentation using Microsoft Teams folders.
- Stay compliant with Deloitte AU Travel & Expense policies.
- Update SOPs, Process Maps, and other documentation as needed.
- Act as backup contact for Senior Directors during absences or holidays.
- Maintain communication and rapport with Directors, Partners, and Staff.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Support ad hoc tasks and contribute effectively within team culture.
- Any Graduate fresher or candidate with less than 1 year of experience.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to handle pressure.
- Capable of managing confidential information responsibly.
- Team player with adaptability and willingness to learn.
