As a Core Engineering Intern or Software Engineer at Tower Research Capital, you will work on high-performance systems that support trading operations. This includes building and optimizing platforms for trade capture, reconciliation, compliance, and financial analytics.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to design scalable systems that can handle large volumes of data efficiently. Your role will also involve improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
