• To be eligible for Cognizant GenC Off Campus Hiring 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Candidates from 2024 and 2025 batches only
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech
• Streams such as Leather Technology, Food Technology, Fashion Technology, and similar non-relevant branches are not eligible
• Good academic background (as per Cognizant’s internal criteria)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills reminding a drive to deliver smart solutions
• Willingness to work from any Cognizant location across India
