The Associate Technical Support Representative (TSR) role at PTC is part of the Support Services Team, where employees provide technical assistance to customers across North America.

Additionally, you will act as a Community Moderator, helping maintain online forums and ensuring customer queries are addressed properly. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to work in a night shift environment.

• Handle customer support cases via phone, email, and CRM tools
