Kaleris is hiring Associate Software Engineers to join its Managed Services team. In this role, candidates will gradually take responsibility for various operational tasks related to enterprise software systems.
The selected candidates will support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and related applications used in logistics and transportation systems. They will assist in monitoring application performance, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining system stability.
Additionally, the role involves working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to support message deployments, configuration tasks, and data flow validations. Candidates will collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication between integrated systems.
The position also provides exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, SQL-based reporting systems, and Crystal Reports. Fresh graduates will assist in maintaining dashboards, validating data, and troubleshooting reporting issues.
Candidates will also gain experience with server monitoring, networking basics, cloud environments, and Linux or Windows system administration. Over time, they will contribute to improving operational processes and maintaining system reliability.

- Support troubleshooting of EDI data transmission issues
- Assist in maintaining and improving Business Intelligence dashboards

- Participate in server monitoring and infrastructure health checks
- Respond to customer incidents and support requests within defined SLAs
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base systems
