Job Description

Red Hat is looking for passionate and talented graduates to join the Experience Engineering (XE) team as an Associate Software Engineer. In this role, candidates will work with a globally distributed engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining software products used by customers worldwide.

The selected candidates will participate in both software development and quality engineering tasks, ensuring that the applications meet high standards of reliability, scalability, and performance.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and improving various Red Hat products and internal tools. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, documentation specialists, and quality engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role provides a great opportunity for freshers to gain exposure to enterprise-grade software systems, cloud platforms, container technologies, and open-source development models.

Candidates will work under the guidance of experienced mentors and learn best practices in coding, debugging, testing, and system design.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Below are the key responsibilities for the Associate Software Engineer role at Red Hat:

Eligibility Criteria
