Job Description

As an Associate – Service Desk Analyst at Wipro, you will be responsible for handling incoming support requests from clients and providing effective solutions as per defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

This role involves client interaction, issue documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge base management, making it an ideal entry-level position for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • The key responsibilities of the Associate role include:
  • Handling all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Documentin complete end-user information such as name, department, contact details, and issue description
  • Updating availability status in the RAVE system to maintain process productivity
  • Recording, tracking, and documenting all client queries and resolution steps
  • Following standard operating procedures to resolve client issues
  • Resolving client queries within the defined SLA timelines
  • Accessing and maintaining internal knowledge bases and FAQs for effective problem resolution
  • Learning product and system details to improve troubleshooting and client interaction
  • Analyzing call and ticket logs to identify recurring issues and prevent future problems
  • Creating and maintaining self-help documents to reduce resolution time
