Gartner is hiring freshers for the position of Associate Data Analyst at its Gurgaon location through the Off Campus Drive.

The Analytics team within the Service Strategy & Operations group plays a crucial role in generating valuable insights by interpreting large volumes of data. The team supports Service Delivery associates and their leaders by providing new ideas, identifying opportunities, and improving strategies for client engagement. The ultimate goal is to enhance client retention and overall business performance.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about data analytics, process automation, and business strategy.

• Manage and support analytics process improvements
• Identify and solve automation use cases within analytics processes
• Execute unit testing to ensure error-free automation outcomes
• Support implementation of analytics process enhancements
• Optimize data delivery and reporting mechanisms
• Collaborate with business users and focus groups to ensure seamless user experience
• Drive innovation by developing new analytics processes and automation strategies
• Contribute to new business ideas and strategic initiatives through data insights

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (Engineering preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in business analytics
