The role of Associate Analyst at Deloitte is part of the Leadership Support Centre (LSC) under Business Support Services. In this position, candidates will primarily support UK-based Executive Assistants (EAs) in managing daily administrative tasks.

The job involves handling expense claims, managing travel bookings, coordinating meetings, and responding to queries efficiently. Candidates will also work on internal systems like ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams to manage requests and maintain documentation.

This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in corporate support functions and gain exposure to international business operations.

• Support Executive Assistants in submitting expense claims
• Handle reconciliation of American Express statements
• Book meeting rooms and manage scheduling tasks
• Create travel itineraries for partners and directors
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely manner
• Manage service tickets through the ESS Service Portal
• Maintain proper documentation in Microsoft Teams
• Follow Deloitte’s travel and expense policies
• Assist in updating SOPs, process maps, and documentation
• Coordinate email management during senior staff absence

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
• Freshers or candidates with up to 11 months experience
• Open to all batches (2023, 2024, 2025 & earlier)
• Basic knowledge of administrative tasks preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
