Deloitte is hiring freshers for the role of Associate Analyst at its Hyderabad location. This opportunity is part of the team providing dedicated content management support to the UK Digital team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely page builds and updates to Deloitte’s corporate website and associated digital platforms. The role requires strong technical understanding of content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), along with knowledge of HTML and user experience (UX) principles.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in content management, digital marketing operations, analytics, and website performance optimization.

• As an Associate Analyst at Deloitte, your responsibilities will include:
• 🔸 Content Management & Publishing
• Provide daily support for content postings and page updates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Follow established document workflow standards for publishing content
• Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines
• 🔸 Website Deployment & Maintenance
• Manage and oversee deployment and maintenance of websites
• Support the development cycle of web platforms using AEM
• Implement and modify website layouts and interfaces
• 🔸 Design & User Experience
• Enhance website visual design using HTML and Adobe Photoshop
• Apply online brand guidelines consistently
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience (UX) and user journeys
• 🔸 Analytics & Reporting
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to track website performance metrics
• Generate reports to inform website strategies
• Analyze engagement data and recommend improvements
• 🔸 Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with content creators and stakeholders
• Respond to ad-hoc stakeholder queries regarding web performance
• Collaborate with global online teams to align with campaigns
• 🔸 Testing & Platform Support
• Work with technology teams to test new functionalities
• Report and manage web platform issues
• Support publishing pipelines and digital operations

• Candidates must meet the following criteria:
• MBA graduates (Marketing specialization preferred)
• Graduates or Postgraduates from recognized institutions
• 0–3 years of experience in:
• Content management
• Digital marketing tools
• Data analysis and reporting
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad
