Jio is hiring Fresher candidates for the Apprentice Engineer role in Mumbai. This role primarily focuses on telecom network maintenance, first-level technical support, and fault management.

As an Apprentice Engineer, you will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth functioning of network services. You will handle troubleshooting tasks, manage trouble tickets, and ensure service-level agreements (SLA) are maintained.

• As an Apprentice Engineer at Jio, your key responsibilities will include:
