As an Apprentice Engineer, you will work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth functioning of network services. You will handle troubleshooting tasks, manage trouble tickets, and ensure service-level agreements (SLA) are maintained.

• As an Apprentice Engineer at Jio, your key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring first-level proactive and reactive maintenance of telecom infrastructure.
• Monitoring and prioritizing network faults to meet agreed SLA timelines.

• Investigating root causes of network issues and recommending corrective actions.
