Job Description
The Analyst – Core Infra & Services Development role focuses on data-driven reporting, business insights, and operational analysis.
Your job is to:
Collect and consolidate data from multiple systems
Build reports and dashboards
Analyze trends in revenue, performance, and operations
Present insights to senior management
This role connects data + business + strategy.
If you’re expecting routine Excel work, you’re underestimating it. The real value comes from how well you interpret and communicate insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Consolidate data from tools like SFDC, BI dashboards, and finance systems
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations
- Analyze revenue trends and performance metrics
- Identify business risks and growth opportunities
- Provide insights with clear narrative explanations
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams
- Support product-related queries and internal teams
- Present insights to senior leadership in a simple, clear manner
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)
- Freshers or up to 3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Excel / PowerPoint / BI tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of business metrics (preferred)
- Ability to work with multiple teams
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Skills Required
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis)
- PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (Tableau / Power BI)
- Data interpretation and storytelling ability
- Communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of KPIs and business metrics

- Ability to handle large datasets
