The GO-AI Operations team plays a critical role in enabling automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. This team supports Amazon’s internal fulfillment technologies and robotics teams by providing real-time and offline video/image data auditing services.

One of the main responsibilities of this team is helping fulfillment centers maintain high inventory accuracy and stow quality. Associates perform visual audits on short videos and images captured during the stowing process and provide accurate feedback using internal tools.
This is a non-technical, operations-focused role that requires high attention to detail, focus, and consistency.

• Watch and audit several hundred short videos per shift related to fulfillment center stowing activities
• Carefully analyze each video and accurately identify the activity captured
• Verify and mark product locations using internal Amazon tools
• Maintain high standards of accuracy (quality) and speed (productivity)
• Follow defined audit guidelines and acceptable practices
• Ensure 6.8 to 7 working hours per day are spent actively auditing videos, excluding breaks
• Take breaks strictly as per predefined schedules
• Support defect reduction and improve stow quality at fulfillment centers
• Work under general supervision while delivering consistent performance

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized university
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply
• Willingness to work in a non-technical, operational role for a 6-month contract duration
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment
• Candidates must be willing to work from home with a dedicated workspace
• Should be ready to switch on laptop camera during virtual meetings
• Must be able to report to office for a few days if required by business
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on video/image auditing tasks
• Must be a team player and able to work effectively in remote teams
