As an Associate Software Engineer, candidates will be involved in application development, testing, support, and operations. The role offers exposure to multiple technologies and real-time enterprise projects.

• Provide incident resolution and customer support via voice, email, chat, or remote support
• Design, build, test, configure, and support applications based on business requirements
• Understand business drivers and deliver software solutions aligned with performance expectations
• Participate in automation development, new feature implementation, and system enhancements
• Deliver quality code within timelines and participate in peer code reviews
• Support IT production systems and infrastructure operations
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to successful project delivery
• Be flexible to work in 24×7 shifts and relocate anywhere in India based on project needs

• Qualification:
• B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Any Engineering Stream)
• MCA
• MSc (CS / IT / Data Science / Computer Applications / Computer Science)
• Batch Eligibility: Any pass-out batch up to 2024
• No active backlogs during application or onboarding
• Maximum 23 months of full-time experience
• Should not have appeared for Accenture recruitment in the last 3 months
• Degree must be completed within the stipulated duration (no academic gaps)
• Indian citizenship required
• (Bhutan & Nepal nationals are eligible without work visa; others require valid work authorization)
